Sales Policies

 

Placement of Order

  • A Rival Custom Apparel rep will contact the client to discuss the project.

  • Preferred method is via email.

  • Orders will be placed via our order form.

  • The client is responsible for entering the correct products, quantities and sizes.

  • The client must pay a 50% deposit upon placing the order prior to production and 100% of final price prior to final shipment.

  • Order placement is defined as Client submitting any payment on order and artwork has been approved.

  • Orders shipped outside the United States of America are subject to duty and/or tariff charges imposed by each country. Rival Custom Apparel is NOT responsible for the payment of these fees.

  • Our turnaround time is approximately  4-6 weeks throughout the year.

  • Orders placed between January and the end of March run between 6-12 weeks due to factory closure during Chinese New Year. Please plan accordingly.

 

 

Minimums

  • We have NO Minimums, Thats right, NO Minimums. Order as little as 1 or as many as you need.

  • Men's and Women’s can be combined to meet price breaks on most items.

 

Reorders

  • Any changes in item not previously ordered, category of garment, colors, text, logos, art, etc. are considered new orders and not reorders.

  • The same payment terms apply to reorders as initial orders.

  • Cost per item for reorders is based on current pricing levels.

 

Problems with orders upon delivery

  • Contact Rival Custom Apparel and speak with a rep immediately to discuss any issues you may have.

  • DO NOT RIDE IN ANY GARMENT until speaking with a rep. Failure to contact Rival Custom Apparel will void any claims of warranty.

 

Collections

  • All returned checks subject to fee of $50.00.

 

Design Process

  • The client submits all artwork to Rival Custom Apparel for review, approval, design, layout, etc, or have one of our talented in house designers to create your artwork.

  • We may have to take steps for production of provided artwork and changes, revisions or other alteration to make your art production ready.

  • We accept vector based artwork in PDF or Adobe Illustrator format.

  • The client is responsible for FINAL approval of spelling, grammar along with design on all artwork by acknowledging proofs provided via email.

  • The client is responsible for receiving permission for use of all logos and/or copyrighted material incorporated into the design. Upon submitting your design we assume you have already received permission for the usage and it releases Rival Custom Apparel from all copyright, trademark or other infringements, including but not limited to:

    • Original artwork or images

    • Trade logos

    • Collegiate or Education-affiliated logos

    • Other commercial artwork or logos

  • Rival Custom Apparel reserves the right to use reproductions of client's clothing and or artwork on our site, advertising, brochures and or any other method.

 

Client-supplied/Designed Artwork

  • Rival Custom Apparel will work with clients supplied artwork, to give them the look they want but cannot guarantee color if PMS colors are not provided.

  • Please remember that what you see on the computer screen can vary from the actual printing due to materials.

 

Warranty

  • All warranties are subject to inspection and approval.

  • Proof of defective claim is required.

  • Warranty does not include product failures from accidents, crashes, improper fit, normal wear, improper washing, machine drying of any sort and or neglect of care.

  • Shipping costs to return warranty or repair items are the responsibility of the client in both directions.

  • All items are to be returned in clean condition.

 

MISC

  • The Rival Custom Apparel logo will appear at least once per garment. We are FLEXIBLE on logo location.

  • All custom orders are accepted on a first come first serve basis.

  • Delivery date will depend on final order submission, artwork approval and deposit or full payment.

  • All transaction are in US Dollars.

  • All sales are final.

  • Rival Custom Apparel can be reached for customer service during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (9AM-6PM, EST).
